Dreamhomes Vancouver Island Group helped host a fundraising evening at the Nanoose Bay Cafe to raise awareness about the Nanaimo & District Hospital Foundation.

The Global Pandemic and other issues at the time made it more difficult than ever for First Time Home Buyers to get onto the property ladder. This resulted in Karen Kenyon and Simon Phillips starting an initiative called The Dream Home Project which aimed to assist a local person or family purchase their first home by gifting them $50,000 towards their downpayment.

Improving our community, including our Food Program, Emergency Services, Education and Christmas Elf Program.
