Often, I am asked how to know when is the best time to sell and that answer varies depending on your individual needs. Timing the market to maximize the profit on your home is difficult. If you are lucky enough to sell in a Hot Market, you may have to buy in the same one.
We have recently seen the most active market, with the highest selling prices, that this area has ever known. It began in 2020 and continued to the second quarter of 2022. However, sale prices now are still much higher than 2019 and that means that this is still a great market to sell in.
