Karen Kenyon

I was born and raised in the United Kingdom and Italy and moved to South Africa in 1976 where I spent 14 years. I moved with my Husband and family to Canada in 1991 and became a Canadian citizen in 1996. Since then I have lived in 3 of this beautiful country's provinces; Newfoundland, Saskatchewan and British Columbia. Like many people, after travelling the world I have found my permanent home on spectacular Vancouver Island.

My Education : I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Diploma in Accounting. I am a fully licensed Real Estate Representative and a Certified Home Stager and Interior Re-designer. I am a certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and a Member of the Million Dollar Guild as well as the recipient of the Royal LePage Chairman's Club Award, Top 1% in Canada and Top 10 in British Columbia. I have worked in Advertising, Accounting, Sales and Marketing as well as several volunteer Fundraising positions. Having bought, sold and invested in Real Estate on 3 different continents, and as a top producer since I started my Real Estate career, I am well qualified to help you with all your real estate needs. Gary Neufeld

Having been born in Winnipeg and having lived in several provinces, my wife and I are very happy to have settled here in the lovely Oceanside area of Vancouver Island!  We have owned several homes in both British Columbia and Ontario and never have enjoyed a community more. 

With over 30 years of sales and senior sales management experience, I became a realtor in 2007 and have enjoyed great success since.  Hard work and providing sound, professional advice is the key.  I see my role as more of an advisor and consultant than a sales person, in that it is not simply my job to “sell” a particular property but rather to find the right buyer for those sellers that entrust me to market their property, and to find the most appropriate property for buyers searching for a new home.
